How to alter a Toshiba/Samsung DVD drive in an XBox 360

Warning, this ONLY applies to the Toshiba/Samsung drive! This is part 1 of a step-by-step walkthrough on how to replace your DVD drive. If you're games are taking longer and longer to load, you get a lot of dirty disc errors, or worse, you get the screen saying "Place this disc in an XBox 360 to play," then this is for you.
